i7's run hot. Mine idles at like 50ish. Though my computer being crammed between my desk and the wall where our heat comes from facilitates this.
Luckily i7 can handle those temps well enough though.
Oh. Ok that's a relief, mine idles at 55-60, and it's a laptop (laptops generally are hotter than desktops)
I've never used above 80% of my CPU, but i'm expecting really high temps :ohdear:
Those temperatures are perfectly normal for a mobile i7. Mine doesn't get any hotter than 75 on 100% load
