I do get it, the artist is lonely.
The drawing can represent the artist's heart. While it is quite depressing to see that the artist is lonely, but the drawing is also quite...touching(?) in a way.

I always thought it was about a dedicated father who would do anything to a complete airhead (bitch said to instead of too too lol) of a child making it some kind of a motivational optimistic strip for me about a great parent would do anything for his/her child lol

I found it more of the constant struggle that an artist must face over whether he should create a character who is compelling as opposed to one that is perfect. If you're one of those artists who actually cares about creating a character, practically creating a goddamn [i]person[/i] with a full range of emotions and an actual personality, you'll usually strive for the former. However, it is just within our own psyche to aim for perfection, so the image could be a strip that details the artist giving in to his true intentions for the sake of Mary Sue.

Saw a fucking amazing dream holy shit
a lucid dream so clear and long
I was in my room, it was dark, I knew it was a dream. I put on the lights and then did the usual rape everything in sight that I tend to do in lucid dreams (:v:) but I DIDN'T WAKE UP. Then opened the curtains. It was crystal clear, holy shit the brain is amazing. It was raining. I went outside and found a huge meteorite crater 27 stories deep. I went to the elevator after talking with tf2's Heavy (it was hilarious). At this point I wondered why I hadn't woken up yet, because 99% of the time when I have a lucid dream I wake up very soon due to excitement. This one lasted for ages compared to the rest and no matter how excited I got I just kept on dreaming.
I arrived at the bottom of the crater, into a cave complex with 6 more craters in it. The ground was sand, and I walked on top of it with bare feet, it felt incredibly real. I talked to the main archeologist, and there were egyptian paintings on the wall at the end of the cave.
Then I met one of my old friends and got the best idea ever. I told her, "If you are the real person and this is a shared dream, tell me hello tomorrow on Facebook!" I repeated this several times and she nodded and agreed to do it. Then I roasted some potatoes, and before I left the complex I walked up to her and reminded her once more.
Then I thought that this has gone long enough and decided to wake up. And I did, opened my PC and am now writing this.
