A couple of years ago, back in high school, something fun occurred.
There used to be this shy girl that always sat at the back of my AP chem lectures. I guess she was Asian and kind of cute. She didn't wear any flash clothes though. Normally a t-shirt and some sweater. Most of the time she would wear something black. I wouldn't classify it as "emo", more like she was antisocial in her own way. She rarely talked, and when the chem teacher asked a question, she would answer it in a monotone. She would always be the last one to arrive, and would often be late. She had the highest grade in class, despite doing nothing but drawing on a notepad in the back of the classroom.
Me, being the honor student that I am, came to classes early every day, and sat in the front of the room, where I can take notes easily.
One day, I was late for chem. I saw that all the front seats were taken, and I had to take one in the back. I thought, "might as well sit next to her", since she had the highest grades in this class (the grades were posted based on ID numbers, and the ID numbers were based on people's last names, so it was easy to discern who had the highest grades).
And as I began to sit down, I realized that my notes had spilled from my folder all over the floor, and some were under her seat.
She slowly moved her hand, picked up my notes, and handed them back to me without a word. But during this time, when her hand wasn't covering her notebook, I saw what she had been drawing.

Needless to say, my opinion of her dropped considerably.
