Anyone still play old games? - General

I've been playing a lot of DOOM lately, and I played some Mario Kart 64 the other day.

Play Metal Slug all day every day

Doom, Quake, System Shock, the old fallout games, and that's about it.

I play with my prick That's an old game

Sometimes I like to grab a n64 or gba emulator and play some classics like a version of mario or zelda.

Got the Quake and Doom Classic Collections for the Summer Sale. Can't stop playing them.

Love playing the old Doom games. Hexen, Heretic, Duke Nukem, those old FPS games were amazing. Also purchased Unreal Gold on Steam a while back. Loved it. Gotta get System Shock. Also tactical shooters like the Rainbow Six series and Ghost Recon (the new stuff is dog shit). The SWAT games were fun too.

I played through The Curse of Monkey Island a few weeks ago. Man, I would pay so much for a hd rerelease of that game.

Doom 64, Goldeneye, Turok: Dinosaur Hunter, 2,3, Rage Wars... ( I really need to get Turok Evolution) The Awful Mission Impossible game for 64...

I want to sit on a couch and see a real NES in front of me. Not to mention, having to clean your cartridges with some spray and Q-tips is fun.

I still play Doom on occasion, it's such a good game in my opinion.

I tried playing some Team Fortress (Quake) earlier, I've never felt so happy to play a mindless shooter again.

i'm currently in the middle of a link to the past, super metroid, super mario bros. 3, mother, megaman, wario land 2, links awakening and replaying oddworld: abe's exoddus. there's too many good old games that i haven't played. they're a cheaper option and just as solid as any modern game a lot of the time

Everyone else gave their cartridges a good blow and they worked like new. Sadly my NES has fallen victim to the degrading lockout chip and have to use a cheap "famiclone" and the rubber in the original controllers busted.

I have a emulator on my phone for most of the older handhelds, so I play a lot of Pokemon.

I just recently replayed Final Fantasy 7, and am doing Final Fantasy 8 right now.

Fuck yeah. I always have my NES and Modded Wii set up for some retro games.
