If that is a pun then I don't get it.
If it's supposed to be simple, then it's far off.
Doesn't beat me near-death experience.
I was climbing a 15 meter high rock with my friend, I started climbing it from the halfway from a tree.
I was just getting at the top when I took a grab from the ledge. It was way too early, I couldn't pull myself up.
I started losing my grip, I screamed HALP to my friend. I heard him walking on the top of the rock. He grabbed my arm and pulled me up. When the adrenaline was getting out of my blood I hugged him and thanked for saving my life.
Like the 15 meter drop would've been lethal enough, there were sharp rocks at the bottom.
I was outside during a storm for some reason. One of the trees in the yard broke halfway up and landed a few meters from where I was standing.
Those trees are something like 20m tall.
Don't think I was really close to death though. Maybe if it hit me square in the head.
Am i a weeaboo if i choose a side-class of Japanese Language next year? :haw:
Am i a weeaboo if i choose a side-class of Japanese Language next year? :haw:
Not really, just because you are learning japanese doesn't mean you are a weeaboo people commonly confuse the definition (or basically what this word means) of this word.

If you mix Japanese words with your everyday speech you are.

Nope. Pretty much rage when viewing Youtube comments :v:
I don't think i have the patience to do it though, and i'm probably never gonna use it either.

Well, i think it's just too much to learn, when i have Math A,B and more shit.. ADD doesn't help a bit either. And almost all of my friends would hate me for this - being a bigger japanese nerd...
Am I a weeaboo if I learn japanese to translate stuff (e.g. song lyrics, anime)?
Russian sounds cool to speak too.
Am I a weeaboo for being born in Japan?

Wtf is with everyone? Since when do you need a reason to learn something?
Desktops and near death experiences. Alrighty.

Well for near death experience, probably every year because of the massively strong storms we receive here, trees, signs, rooftops and shacks always getting blown away at first strong strike, then we get massive floods that can reach 5-10 stories and etc.
Probably a more specific one was when we climbed Mount Banahaw/The Holy Mountain last year for my Purity Test, we're we must bathe in the cold clean river, which is pretty refreshing btw, then we go deep inside caves to dive under the holy fault pass inside, and we hold our breathe inside the body of water there for 10 seconds while we pray the Our Father. Then we climb the peak of Mount Banahaw to pray with the Crucifix. It wasn't an easy task, it took us 15-20 hours to get every task done and the mountain is incredibly mossy/slippery, friends and companions are completely necessary to help each other out climbing, and while crossing the mountains, we were experiencing extreme coldness and extreme hotness most of the time.

You wanna talk near death experiences?
When I was 4 I was climbing a plumeria tree (a kind of tree with notoriously weak branches).
When I got up near the top, only around 10 feet (~3 meters) off the ground or so, the branch I was on broke and I fell face first onto a rock.
I had cracked the front of my skull, and had a huge gash through my right eyebrow/upper nose.
Had to go to the hospital which was 2 hours away from where I lived at the time and get 3 layers of 26 stitches each.
Managed to live despite the blood loss, concussion, and cracked skull I ended up alright, although I only had half any eyebrow for about 2 years afterwards.
Just goes to show that even as a 4 year old I wasn't easy to kill.

The only major near death experience I could remember was when I was three and I walked out into the forest in the middle of winter and a god damn blizzard, (remember I am in Alaska, so some winters are harsh) I was gone for around 2 to 3 hours until I was found.
You people were stupid as kids.

Because they were kids back then.
Aren't we all stupid at one point?
