I stuck my right thumb between a door and the wall where the joints of the door where, closed the door on it. I remember jumping around the room for 10 mins screaming "FUCK ! FUCK ! FUCK ! FUCK !", the pain was so intense that I almost had my eyes watered. The door took my nail out of its place :disgust:, and for 4 months, I had the under of my nail visible until the dead nail finally fell off and let a new growing. Right after getting wounded, everything was blue under my nail, due to the blood pressure, ewwww.
Getting a shot into the heel of my foot is pretty high on the pain scale for me. Only second to getting kicked in the balls hard in high school.
my biggest emotional pain was during my major depressive episode just after high school got over, because I thought I might never get into med school. Everything tasted like ashes, I didnt care about my health, I found no joy in anything, and just wanted to die because I felt so disappointed.
One time I was on a plane that was landing and the altitude change caused this horrible stinging pain somewhere in my brain forehead area, I was actually worried if I was gonna die.
Getting a toothpick stuck in my foot and then the medical treatment to get it out. It hurt like hell and I couldn't walk on my feet for like a month. I had to crawl around.
Finding out from a friend that a girl I was going to ask to be my girlfriend had got back with her ex-boyfriend (I legit thought she really liked/loved me at the time too), I also cut my hand punching a brick wall I was so mad and hurt by it. I would say a physical pain like fracturing my toe or cutting my arm or something, but the mental shit you get from something like that is worse.
Probably when my toenail got ripped off semi-recently
Once when I was sleeping over at a friends house I felt a sharp pain in my right testie. I investigated with my hand and I felt it was swolen to twice it's size and the pain was indescribable. I had to go to the hospital asap and when I got there I got a shit ton of morphine but it barely helped. Post-surgery it was revealed that my right testie had twisted around itself so it's bloodsupply got cut off so it got swolen into the size of something smaller than an egg. The doctors said just a few hours later there would've been too much cell-death so it needed amputation So that's the worst pain I have ever felt. I think a broken leg would've been a field day compared to that pain.
Falling off the hood of a Ford Explorer and then having it roll over my hip bone
I don't want to go into detail, but it involved Taco Bell hot sauce and my crotch region.
SonofBrim;48694549']Mentally, my worst pain was losing my girlfriend/best friend completely out of the blue after almost 4 years of a very good relationship. She got involved in some stuff in college, wasn't communicating her feelings, and one day just fell out of my life. I didn't know it until it happened, but I put way too much of myself into that relationship. When it went, I couldn't eat, I couldn't sleep. You ever been so sad you vomited? It's indescribable.
I definitely feel you man, just downscaled to a year for my first breakup. Communication died and has remained dead.
i ran into barbed wire a long time ago could not see it as i ran it was painful for a bit
For the past few years every once in a while I've been waking up late at night with a cramp in my calf, sometimes it hurts bad enough for me to clutch my leg and start screaming. It only lasts about 15 seconds but it's the shittiest 15 seconds you could ever experience after a rude awakening
Broke my sternum when doing long jump in PE (I was 14). We were jumping and landing on a big soft mat but one of my mates tried to be funny by pulling it away and although I landed on my back I somehow broke my chest bone. As if that wasn't enough the girl I liked at the time called me a pussy for doubling over in pain and said I was an idiot for making my mate feel bad. Now I've always had an incredible high pain tolerance threshold but I had to fight back tears.
I tend to get ingrown toenails every few years, and I once hit it against a door whilst walking. I collapsed from the pain. Other than that, I once ripped a leech off of my dick when I found it after swimming in a lake. That was terrible. Last thing I can remember was falling spine-first onto a concrete planter back in primary school. It was at least 8 years ago, but I remember simply because I've never screamed that loudly again in my life.
Getting my fingers slammed in a car door. It didn't just hit them, but the door actually closed. I was too shocked to realize that I could just open the door with my other hand. Surprisingly, nothing was broken even though I had some pretty deep cuts.
when i was 12 i tried to fuck the hole of a shampoo bottle and the piece of skin between my dick and foreskin ripped and holy fuckle did it hurt
When I was 10 I crashed my dirtbike and skidded on my left leg for a good distance and shredded my left leg. Left a good streak of blood on the asphalt as well. Had to walk all the way back home with the dirt bike and trying to not notice the blood going down my leg. Hurt like shit for the longest while, especially since my mom had to apply rubbing alcohol to the leg before putting on a bandage. Think that part hurt more.
Now that I think about it, I got electrocuted when I was 9 or 10, felt like a huge fist into the gut and chest all at once. Wasn't a dangerous shock, it was a deer fence farmers put around their crops to prevent deer and other animals from eating their crops. My friend's grandfather had a set up and we were running around the whole farm area late into the night. My friend told me we can cross the wire and that it was off. So I touched it and got a kick into my chest. My friend laughed. He was kind of a major asshole like that.
I got an abscess drained, anesthetic didnt do shit.
Worst physical pain had to be any time I bump my fucking head on anything hard, like concrete. Fuck that feeling. Worst emotional pain was the day I saw a girl I liked dating another guy for the first time. Didn't help that this was before I learned how to cope with this sort of thing. It brought my entire world crumbling down because this was back when I would obsess over girls.
I have weird knees that are prone to dislocation - I'm due to have them operated on soon - and the worst pain I ever felt was the first time it happened. I was about 15 and I can still feel every time I think about it; its this awful stabbing, like an iron rod being shoved up your thigh just below the skin, and then a crushing, constricting sensation as the swelling puts pressure on the kneecap, forcing it out of place even further. I shall never forget the sight of my kneecap jutting out of its groove at a 45 degree angle and the snapping pain when I pushed it back in. I nearly fainted. I'd fallen over, as well, and the pain was so bad that I didn't notice the broken glass in my calf until someone pointed out the bleeding. [editline]17th September 2015[/editline] And earlier this afternoon I was sewing and I put my arm on a pin, it went right the way in. Pulling things out (or putting them back in) seems to be more painful than the actual incident

Next time it happens, tilt your foot inward towards your body as far as it can go, it helps it subside.
Acne blisters. Touching them triggers a piercing pain. But popping them is unbelievably painful.
I was practicing headspins but I got careless at one point and my body rotated but my head stayed in place. It literally felt like someone was tearing your head off...fortunately I fell to the ground before I broke my neck. My neck was sprained for 3 days or so,couldn't turn it at all.
Trying the fire pole on a wet day
There's too and I can't decide which one is worse I got kicked in the balls by my girlfriend (I could feel the two of the my balls screaming when we broke up soon after she did this) Then there's another one which my knee landed on a fucking nail when I crouched down, and it stucked in my knee until I walked to the nearby hospital to get treatment
I once checked the temperature of an iron with my hand to check if it was still hot. Wasn't my best idea.
MGS5 Spoiler [sp]When I had to execute my motherbase members that were infected, with the worst being when I was in a room with a few of them, and they all saluted me while the PW theme played. I thought they'd say something or twitch when I executed one of them, but they didn't. They just stood there saluting me as I killed them one by one.[/sp]
