American Gods is honestly a 10/10 show so far, amazing how well they've stuck to the book so far and all the hints they dropped to entice book readers

After a week you forget the sugar/etc. Water can also temporarily feed your hunger, but only a little - Glass of milk and fruit in the morning - Physical labor is great; I did gardening - A physical hobby; I did airsoft - Running in the forest is dangerous but it helps you train muscles you never knew about, and it works dynamically and you save money by skipping the gym - In the end you'll start to enjoy the pain because you start to learn that challenging your limits makes you healthy, happy, motivational, confident and also you can think better because the brain is a muscle too - The first week/month [B]always[/B] suck, especially when you're not used to it, but it's worth it and sooner or later you can't stop exercising as an addiction = Get bitches/dicks and be proud of yourself when you know you can do things you never thought you could
