This part is known as the external auditory meatus, as the skull has to allow for the ears to connect with the brain and the other parts of your head.
Consider that a cat girl's ears are much higher than a human's. This would require a different skull for the ears to be functional.

With what we currently have and know I agree with it but what about the changes they say they have planned to improve performance? Personally I'm waiting to pass judgment when the port releases, but it's going to be a make or break thing. My other issue is people trying to find out what's what and being confused by certain parts of the content, which is easier on a computer than on an xbone.
Either GGG succeeds very well with this, or they fail and lose a lot of money/end up ceasing development altogether. Let's hope for their sake it's the former.
