Chicken soup (or tomato soup, seems to work just as well oddly enough), some cold & flu tablets, plenty of water, and plenty of rest will fix you right up. As long as you don't have anything to do (school/work/gatherings/etc.) for a couple days, you'll be right as rain in no time.
