is it bad enough at work we're already short like 3 people, and now me and my supervisor are out today sick, another worker isn't answering my phone calls. That leaves 2 people to clean a building meant for at least 4. Plus no one knows how to do the recreation center but me. Plus one of those two people are deaf, and the other used to be the supervisor 2 years ago and she only started to help again yesterday because we were so low. And she has her own job to do in between. It doesn't help that if I don't do rec tonight I'm definitely going to be fired because the guy who is our "liaison" if you will between my company and the other has been extremely upset with me because I missed so many things.(though to be fair they never told me the problems until it all boiled over a week ago) So I can either stay home and rest and probably get fired and abandon an already extremely low staffed group, or go to work sick.
