I was always called by either full name or last name. Don't know why. Hated it for years, got over it in senior year and then went with it.
Dad had a friend who went by Yardape. To this day he can't remember the guy's real name.
Russkie or wlidimir because I apparently look very russian.
Willy was also very usual.
