I thought the funniest moment of my time been on FP of seeing someone banned was actually going back to like 2004 - 2005, where a user said to Garry "ZING!!" and gave him a dumb rating and then got banned for like 2 months. It was like "OWNED" type of ban that Garry gave him. lol.
Mind you this is my new account because I couldn't remember my old one, or yet it got deleted etc.

To avoid this I personally don't rely on automerge and just add the edit tags manually when editing the post
