Hygiene alone cant prevent pimples, but a build up of bacteria, skin oils, etc. can cause them. Saying that not bathing will have no effect on cysts/blackheads is foolish. Why do you think one of the first things dermatologists recommend for people with acne is a stricter cleaning regiment?

ok, so overnight, that thing bursted
cleaned everything in the morning and the rest recently

turns out it was just a hair, growing in the skin, causing that thing expand
