I had this dream a few days ago in which I went to Facepunch Studios, a big three-storey house in the Dorset cointryside. I had to cook all the mods a full english breakfast every day for a week so I could become OIFY section mod. It was incredibly strange.

Well, sure, it can transform into keratin spikes, deadly toxins, corrosive acids, etc. But can it do radioactive stuff and shaiza? I'm not so sure.

Well, it wasn't a shotgun tbh, the thing shot some narrow cone of laser in each shot, then I discovered that there was a charge meter.
I hold it long enought to fill the meter and rush into a room full of creature. I release the trigger and it shoot a wide cone, killing almost every creature (besides a strong one that the looking and description I couldn't really tell, cause I lack English knowledge)

Well it probably depends on how its made.
A Grey Goo Gun would be a VERY powerful DPS weapon. One successful hit, and the omnivorous nanites would keep on eating 'till there's nothing left.

I agree with benny tbh. We're almost definitely still in a technological stone age, compared to some things out there.
Thing is, how can you [I]prove[/I] that there is nothing out there? We can't cover the whole Universe we've barely scratched the surface of space. There could be millions, billions of different species out there on other planets. Not in our Solar System, but in others. After all, there are millions upon millions of them. The chances of us being the only populated planet in existence is so close to impossible it might as well be.
And we can't assume that because of the conditions on a planet it renders it uninhabitable. We might not be able to live there, but other species may have different needs to survive.
