I like them scrambled, but not "big pieces" scrambled.

I continue to stir them in the pan until they're soft and separated into small partitions, then spread that over some toasted bread.

I do sunny side up, then drop a splash of water in the pan and cover it with a lid.

Steams the top slightly and gets rid of all that nasty raw egg slime that normally resides on the top of sunny side up, makes perfect eggs.
