Elizabeth's Cocaine in GTA4
Yes, that was a good mission, but my favorite on there would probably be Three Leaf Clover
Portal, last part. impulse 101, shoot cores off, listen to the cake recipe for no fucking reason whatsoever.
It's the second level. The first level had a movie rolling in the cinema with some girl in it.
Oh yes, silly me. Haven't played that game in a while.
I actually quite liked the follow the train mission in san andreas. It's just frustrating when you lose it.
San Andreas from Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas.
Mass Effect 1 Mako Citadel level
Looney Tunes Back in Action GC- Tweetydactyl VS Monkey Idol Golem Boss Battle[Playing as Tweetydactyl and the cutscene before the battle was awesome] Drakengard 2 PS2 - Legna VS Angelus Battle[An emotional battle, since Angelus still holds the burden of the seal and she doesn't remember her pact partner] Savage Skies PS2 - In the evil storyline, the 2nd to last level, where you have to fly inside and outside of a giant Pg/Whale/thing, destroying vital body parts and keeping the enemy at bay. Plus, real men use the Roc.
Cod4, All ghillied up
"Wolverines!" Made me sad at some points, but one of the coolest levels [atmosphere wise]
Hard question. Off the top of my head though I would say Tallon overworld from Metroid Prime.
I enjoyed the first part of Crysis when you're just running around fucking shit up.
mp_noville :( I miss it.
I'm surprised no one has said rp_evocity
The menus.
The menus.
The menus from HL2 and Portal 2
In HL2 EP2 when [sp]Alyx gets jabbed in the back by a hunter and a Vortigaunt comes and saves your ass.[/sp]
is there really a single person on this entire forum for whom this is a spoiler at this point?

Chrysalis(in between)-Last mission, [sp]Fight with virtwyn champion, that world you get teleported to is trippy.[/sp] Pariah(Evil)-Blood bowl + super gore = Giblets keep fallin' on mah head (The mission takes place in a grassy canyon bowl. at the end the entire bowl is covered in blood.)
Bandit camp in Shadow of Chernobyl
The last part in Underhell. The music and mood is just perfect. HL2 mod for those of you who don't know

That mission in Mirror's Edge where you're in the subway dodging between cops and trains, and then jumping from train to train.
Backstab on the console Battlefield 2. It is my favorite multiplayer map ever. If it were remade in a new Battlefield game, I would poop my fucking pants.
Gerudo Valley in the Ocarina of Time. The feel of it was great, absolutely brilliant theme music. Endurance Races in Forza Motorsport 3. The Last Mission in gta4. I thought Niko's acting was fantastic.
The subway and the sewer level in Mirrors Edge. Oh and the rest of the game. Also chamber 10 in Portal 2 (the one with the aerial faith plates that throw you back and forth).
ARMA 2 OA: Good Morning Takistan and Death from Above.
The entire "The Part Where He Kills You" chapter in Portal 2
