Urine is completly sterile, there is nothing harmful with drinking it again, you just won't gain anything form it since it contains nothing resourceful for the body at all except for water.

There is absolutely no danger in drinking urine as long as you do it when it's fresh, over time when it has gained it's fair share of contact with oxygen it'll become more dangerous and bacteria filled.
