I'm not clued up on Deviant Art ways of behaving, what do you mean?
And that Sequential Art comic is actually pretty entertaining, if you can put up with the strong prescence of furry girls. 'Tis quite funny, actually.
I agree. I just don't tell any one I read it because it is borderline furry.
Explain to me how that's not furry in design.
welcome to the strange and wondrous world of cartooning.
Jolly Jack has always been a bit of a stretch with me, as it's pretty obvious his intent is furry, but he doesn't fit the norm in anthro art. There's a certain finesse he adds to characters to give them more of a 'cartoon' appeal than a 'furry' appeal.
For instance, a character everyone is familiar with- Hobbes.

Now, obviously hobbes doesn't have a human physique, but the point still stands- it's obvious he's an 'animal' that has human traits, he talks, he walks, he's got hands and feet and is covered in fur and has a tail and a big animal nose.
but we see him as a cartoon- and yes, 'anthro' style- but he is not a furry. Same could be said about a lot of warner brothers characters as well. In fact, Jack's animal girls are more reminiscent of WB, and look very influenced by Lola Bunny, bugs' counterpart.

(yes there is furry porn of it but that doesn't make them furry by design)

Most of what I'd consider 'furry' in design is more along the lines of Disney's work. Look back 40 years, Disney practically trademarked the look ages ago. 90% of modern generic furry art even has disney-styled eyes.

It seems "cartoon funny animals" have flatter faces than "furries". But I may be wrong.

So, Disney were the original furries?
POW RIGHT IN THE CHILDHOOD.
Watching Dai post about art is fascinating. His posts are like David Attenborough documentaries, except with words.
I hate to say it but I liked youtube better when the comments were just random mindless crap, not thumb-whoring "lol justin bieber's penis" and "thumbs if you [did something obvious related to this video]"
The main problem I have with "thumbs up if you X" comments is that the comment more often than not works just fine without that. For instance, "thumbs up if you saw Ben Affleck at 2:32" works just as well as "Hey, there's Ben Affleck at 2:32" and the second one has the bonus of not making you look like a douche when it gets upvoted.

iphone mount is babies
great, you have physical zoom and control over depth of field (provided your lens has an aperture ring, most modern kit lenses that your trendy iphone photo nerd would have don't have that control because they rely on the camera body)
but you still have a crappy iphone strapped to an unwieldly lens. You'd be better off carrying your camera if you're carrying that lens, since it ain't going in your pocket

Pyong, the red fox. he was an old MSN emote pack from the korean version or something, had a huge fanbase back in the day but all but went extinct on the internet. I've saved a good deal of the fan-made emotes
