Actually I'm in the middle of grilling some new york strip steaks. The charcoal had gotten wet in storage so I was working with more lighter fluid than normal. The fire died down and left no suitable coals during the pyramid stage, which isn't uncommon, I just added a little more lighter fluid and relit it. Except instead of a little fire, I got a fireball. I'm not real sure on the actual mechanics of how the first burn failed to suitably destroy the lighterfluid, but whatever.
