Why would it? I heard that humans die from paint poisoning (on non lead based) because it covers the sweat glands and stuff, so they can't sweat, but don't don't NEED to sweat, so it should be fine...right?
Yes, they actually would be perfectly alright. They might just find it a little hard to move depending on how thick the coat of paint is.

When I say poisoning I mean poisoning. Of course not every paint is poisonous, but many are toxic just by their nature.
For example spraypaint diluent are often toxic.
