I don't really want to pay for the game again, just because Steam took all my games.
16 euros is still like, nearly $25 for me, which is too much for a key that I should still have. :/

Long story short, someone got a hold of my credit card details, I tried to reverse a lot of the purchases on it and accidentally reversed a steam purchase, they blocked my account.
They told me to repay the amount, so I did.
Waited about a week or two, asked if it'd gone through, they said no, so, I tried AGAIN thinking I may have reversed the wrong one and cancelled my card after I repaid it.
Waited another 2 weeks, they said they hadn't got it, now with my card cancelled, I couldn't repay the amount (or at least attempt to), so I've lost $400+ in games.

I'm inclined to say 'tough shit, your own fault' because of the marked bit. You should've waited for confirmation BEFORE you cancelled your card.

I couldn't, purchases were still being made, I had to finish it.
Besides, if it didn't go through the first AND second time, chances are it won't the third... :/
So either my Bank are retards, or Steam are retards, not sure.
