The main reason newer people don't get gifted is because they don't take time to say hello or how are you.

Honestly, I would love to gift new people games, as long as they're polite and are actually interested in the sort of "community" we've got here. I mean seriously? When you give a game to someone and then never hear from them again? Doesn't feel good.
