Seeing homeless people and not being able to help them breaks my heart.

It's like a fucking facehugger. But a treehugger.
Even a hardcore hippie vegan tree hugger would see that and think "OH shit that's sweet"

science has gone too far
I think that's freaking amazing, personally. I'd hate driving a Tractor around, but I'd drive that thing everywhere and give Hellos with the "hand" to passerbys
When I see this, the helicopter with legs and the plethora of other cool and innovative vehicles out there I'm just amazed of how far we've come.

So it's cool to see they got one with legs instead.
the treads can be removed though and just have the wheels underneath. not sure which is more damaging to the ground though.
the treads can be removed though and just have the wheels underneath. not sure which is more damaging to the ground though.
Treads give more surface area for better weight distribution on the ground, but if the thing is using steel/metal treads it'll probably tear up the ground even more.

The threads are actually used to not fuck up the ground, or rather to have the machine actually stay above the ground rather than just sink in You'd be fucking mad to go in to a swamp without threads I once drove this thing in to a place where the map said it might be wet.. instantly sank the front tires about 1 meter, had to use the crane to push myself back up [t]https://scontent-arn2-1.xx.fbcdn.net/hphotos-xaf1/t31.0-8/473188_10151569438707002_2027666373_o.jpg[/t]
