It's probably a fake story anyway, but it's entirely possible that the girl spent her lunch break in the library because then she could be alone during lunch instead of going to the cafeteria and having to interact with people. Doesn't mean that she ate in the library.
At least, that's what I did throughout high school.

Take a google earth snapshot of building in question, draw a circle around at a distance that gives you as many clear shots as possible. Then go to as many of those as you want and aim at a defined centerpoint on the building.
I was thinking of doing it with a mountain once but then I was like nah that's far more effort than I'm capable of
And by doing it I mean those rotating photo things
