I dunno about you but the thought of getting ramen in a vending machine sounds amazing to me. Sounds like it'd be perfect for pies and sausage rolls and that sort of thing that you can buy heated anywhere anyway.
I think you'd have difficulties with it in some western countries. Even if it's barely different in a McDonalds in execution people probably wouldn't trust a machine as much as a real person.

The thing I like the most about Japanese vending machines is that bullshit like this never, ever happens with them. I don't know why the rest of the world is so behind in vending machine technology..
We've recently gotten bike repair vending machines at my university that have everything from pump parts to tire bladders and a small workshop next to it with tools for repair work.
Pretty damn cool though im yet to actually see anyone even ride to my uni let alone need to use it.
I made a fake 90s CGI software GUI, which also works as album art for a vaporware artist or something like that.

This is one of the reasons I got a UHF radio on my car. Radio into the trucks and ask if it's clear to overtake rather than stick the car out to the side every few minutes. Still hate the fact that we only have two lane roads connecting Major cities here.
