Last pic makes it look creepy as hell.
There's a flame stack not far away for the gasworks. At night the thing is lit up by an amazing orange glow. Linked, because I know the guy doesn't like hotlinking.
Shame it's abandoned. I think it would be pretty cool if someone refurbished and made a home out of it, or another restaurant.
Most of them look like this near me now.
I love it when my restaurant is built on Arctic Silver foundations
Most of them look like this near me now.
The funny thing is, i personally prefer their older cozy design with the tile roof and whatnot over that industrial style on your picture.
Most of them look like this near me now.
that just looks like an industrial silo or something
that just looks like an industrial silo or something
Feeding industrial sized people by industrial MCDonalds? :v:
Socialism returns? :q:

Many eastern European countries had suffered physical damage during World War Two and their economies were in a very poor state. There was a need to reconstruct cities which had been severely damaged due to the war. For example Warsaw, Poland had been practically razed to the ground under the planned destruction of Warsaw by German forces after the 1944 Warsaw Uprising. The centre of Dresden, Germany had been totally destroyed by the 1945 Allied bombardment. Stalingrad had been largely destroyed and only a small number of structures were left standing. Prefabricated buildings served as an inexpensive and quick way to alleviate the massive housing shortages associated with the wartime destruction and large-scale urbanization and rural flight. McDonalds uses prefabricated structures for their buildings, and set a record of constructing a building and opening for business within 13 hours (on pre-prepared ground works). In the UK, the major supermarkets have each developed a modular unit system to shop building, based on the systems developed by German cost retailler Aldi and the Danish supermarket chain Netto.

The funny thing is, i personally prefer their older cozy design with the tile roof and whatnot over that industrial style on your picture.
I felt the old designs were extremely plastic and kitsch. Modern Mc'yDs has a cafe feel to suit their recent, more up-class menu items.
Most of them look like this near me now.
Pretty standard in tejas
They're slowly remodeling all their restaurants. None of them near me look like that anymore. Though it may have not yet reached some in other countries.
Here in California, many of them are cafe styled now.

So no, post webms or snip what you had you luddite. Now on the topic of Maccas, this is what the closest one to me looks like. Get a real internet connection you clowns.
Pentium, can you stop pretending it's 2001 and get over your ridiculous hatred of any file format invented after 1998? You posted 54 fucking megabytes in gif that should have been maybe 1mb in webm. Exactly who are you morally superior to by doing this? You can cry into your collection of outdated hardware later and stop bothering people now. Then again you tried to use that gif of the entirety of Terminator 2 as a reason for why we shouldn't use webm, so rational argument isn't your forte.
[t]http://i.imgur.com/WPV3P9r.png[/t] this bit looks like french fries
Get a real internet connection you clowns.
It's easy for you to say, but you know as well as I do that there's many people with bad and even capped internet connections. What's with the unreasonable WebM hatred anyways?
It's easy for you to say, but you know as well as I do that there's many people with bad and even capped internet connections. What's with the unreasonable WebM hatred anyways?
pentium lives in 1998
pentium lives in 1998
Yeah but if he can embrace things like a modern internet connection, why not a modern encoding standard?
[t]http://i.imgur.com/WPV3P9r.png[/t] this bit looks like french fries
I think they are supposed to be french fries.
Gif4lyf. [editline]asd[/editline] I see So it's cool to post massive images of any size, but god forbid you post a GIF... Get a real internet connection you clowns.
lmao gif is literally the worst fucking file format. I would rather stream an mp4 than stream a gif. At least mp4 gives more than 200 colors, at a frame rate over 24fps. The constraints that gif has are laughable at best, and its a dying relic of the old internet. Good riddance.
[t]http://i.imgur.com/WPV3P9r.png[/t] this bit looks like french fries
It does. It was fine before you told us this but now it looks crappy.
Man, I didn't know that they did this kind of thing, learned it today and am bloody impressed. [t]https://i.imgur.com/e0izkBc.jpg[/t] Take a guess as to what it is. [sp]It's a bulldog with a pacemaker. Man that is cool, it never occured to me that pets could have them! The vet radiologist on the radiology subreddit who posted the image thinks it looks kind of like headphones due to the battery pack having to go where it did, hence the beats logo.[/sp]
[vid]https://zippy.gfycat.com/ColorlessDefinitiveFlea.webm[/vid] Surprisingly effective.

There have only been 115 sightings of this deep sea jellyfish in the past 110 years. The "umbrella" can be upwards of a meter or more in diameter, while the paddle-like tentacles can achieve lengths of six meters. These tentacles do not carry the usual stinging barbs, so their use is currently unknown.

their use is currently unknown
to fuckin give me nightmares probably
