Sanae, Cirno and Meiling yeah are the story mode bunch.
You need to have SWR to get the SWR crew and open configex123 and edit the path to your SWR folder.

I don't know exactly but i SUPPOSE you copy it to wherever the original file is supposed to be. It's like with every other save file for other games.
