Actually those are decks, at default, all of them are the same, you can change them in your Profile.

The red circle one is hidden choice, when you pick it, you are presented the four decks, you can move to any direction to pick one of the decks and confirm, mostly used by people who want a random deck or on netplay to hide their deck to loosen predictability.
