Also, the people I eat lunch with (small group, 5-6 people I think). Too many Death Note fan girls. OEMEGEEE L ON A WALLETTTT DESU DESU KAWAII /facepalm I'll admit, death note was decent. Not as good as Higurashi no Naku Koro Ni, even though I haven't even finished it, Death Note was meh. Ending also not as epic as it could have been. And that is not how I would have used a death note.

Which sucks.

If a show had 2 endings then the "canon" one would be the "true" ending that writers wanted.

Just telling your friends normally that you like anime is something completely different. Everyone hates a person gathering attention to his/her hobby by saying out loud or telling everyone about it all the time. But just mentioning normally like a normal hobby in a normal way and not constantly talking about it makes it much more acceptable for everyone.

Itazura na Kiss. ef - a tale of melodies/memories (though not very much humor) (I get signals that you've seen it, but just in case) Hatsukoi Limited (it's quite generic for a long time but shapes up the last 3-4 episodes, a good enough watch on the generic parts anyways) I''S Pure (also not comedy) Karin (I guess) Candy Boy. Also if you're checking it out then you should watch Onegai Teacher too, it's in the same universe, just some years earlier, you'll see some of those characters in Onegai Twins. Ichigo 100% works, normal harem romance comedy.
