Becuase he has it running with the overlay thing going on.
Options - Output - anything with ** next to the name (Overlay Mixer * uses the overlay rendering which causes screenshots not to work.)

Yeah, the last few episodes have just been.. Not really that good. Some few good points in them of course, but generally quite average and dull, and even dragging things down in the dirt.
Tsukihime (7 days in): Firstly - I'll admit that I'm not a traditional fantasy person, and of all the fantastical creatures[sp]vampires[/sp]are certainly my least favourite. So it comes as no surprise really when I say yes it's pretty good but...I'm not really getting drawn in as well as I'd hoped so far (although it is gradually getting there). Regardless of this, it's fun recognising scenes/themes that other VNs have 'borrowed' from here.

I use the same. Everything else either takes incredibly long time to load or makes the video look like shit one way or another.
I wonder when VMR9 & 7 became shit and either fucked up the aspect or ruined the quality totally. I could use them before with everything at DX9 and such, but now it just makes the video go to hell.

You should know that the main storyline is divided in 2 large sections, one with vampires (Near Side of the Moon; Heroines: Arcueid, Ciel) and one without (Far Side of the Moon; Heroines: Akiha, Hisui, Kohaku).

Because the show is indeed really generic and is mostly just clichè. But I find it to pull it off in a not horrible way making it quite the enjoyable show. I can easily see people disliking it though.
