Pretty much everyone that has cried at Clannad in here has cried at episode 9.

I got bored with Clannad.
Sure, it's sad, but it doesn't hold my interest at all.
Also, I don't think I remember that one scene where Fuko is moving left and right with her arms up and the party hat on. Did I miss it on episode 9 or...

She [sp]appears from time to time. It's pretty amusing. And this isn't a spoiler, she's basically invisible to the others (like in the earlier episodes to the other bystanders) and when she appears, no one (tomoya/nagisa/sunohara etc etc) seems to remember her and always wonder who the fuck that girl was who just did something stupid in front of them.[/sp]

Yeah, that tends to be the problem with good scenes.
It's like what they picked up in Zan Sayonara Zetsubou Sensei.
If something is called awesome you have problems looking at it as awesome.
If someone says they are interesting they can become quite uninteresting.
