The point of the OP is to point out shows someone else liked as that certain category in hope that the viewer gets to see a good show for that category.
If someone thought the show was good enough to be a top three for that category then it's going to be there.
If a lot of people decided that it's a good sho for that category then it ends up as one of the TOP 3.
