My sister just got this shit on her computer, she needs it removed, and since I'm the only slightly computer literate person in the house that the moment, I'm supposed to help.
The problem is, I can't figure out how to remove it. Can someone who has had this tell me how? The AV they have didn't pick it up. Detailed steps would be appreciated.

the virus automatically breaks it, you need to run a batch file first
Download windows defender, run a quick scan.
