Oh wow. The hospital in this game sucks. I entered and then I got a penalty called Dementia! What the hell is up with that? I thought hospitals give health, not penalties. Well, good thing I found some Pills, maybe the penalty goes away by using those. Any ideas?

You'll need to take those pills to someone (it's a hidden task). This 'someone' is being randomly chosen. You can also take the pills, as it will increase your creativity by 60, but lower your max health a bit every day you don't eat one.
