I've seen discoinferno make an annoying post or two, but I dunno, I think everyone just has good days and bad days.

And I'm probably not on a lot of ignore lists. There was a long time ago when someone added me to their ignore list after saying something dumb in an argument with me. I remember because they actually posted "this message is hidden because Loofiloo is on your ignore list." It was funny. Dunno if I am still on that person's list.

Even if someone says some stupid shit once in a while, or semi-often, or regularly, or all the fucking time, you're still missing out on half of any conversation they're taking part of. And you're still gonna see their posts when others quote them, so you're achieving literally nothing except handicapping yourself.

Since it only hides the post in a way that you can unhide it, I think it's more of a "welp it's a user i've not wanted to see in the past, this thread might not be one i want to be in."
