The people who are against using the ignore list seemed to have never used it at all, & thus they think it's much more "extreme" than it actually is.
All it does is replace the persons post with a message saying that you blocked them, but it still gives you the option to get rid of it & view their post
But with that been said, I only really use it if someone pisses me off with every single post they make & I can't stand it
