Yeah.

And new-age graphics, with TPS and FPS switches at the press of a button. So you could run around a town in third person and look at the lovely nice shiny suit and then you can go first person for combat and stuff.

And for arresting, you go third person and hold them down with force and cuff them. Different ways of doing it though, so it doesn't get boring.

And you can ride around on your motor bike and run shit down

And if you want you can go rogue and shoot everyone in the city and take out the Judges that come for you and be a bad bad man
