Psy-Ops is very fun but I don't like the PK system. You have to wave your mouse in the direction of where you want to throw the item or person or w/e, and release and half the time you drop it instead of throwing it. There should be a button you press to throw.

That's because it's badly ported from the PS2, try using a PC gamepad.
