Cry about it and get over it, that's how I ended up doing it.
I think it's more something to do with growing into your teens you start to think about mortality, it's better to power through it yourself and get it out of your system, once you do that you start to stop caring about death/dying/etc.
Yea when I turned 17 I started playing the song "forever young" while staring out into the sky with a single tear in my eye. Now I'm into the "enjoy it while it lasts, brah" stage
I'm not afraid of death, just of pain
"i didn't think it would end this way" "end? no the journey doesn't end here, death is just another part. one that we all must take. the great veil covering this world holds back, it will turn you to stone and glass. and then you see it." "see what, gandalf?" "white shores and beyond, a far great country. unto a swift sunrise." "Well that doesn't sound so bad." "no, no it isn't."

Become depressed, then you won't care if you die.
Keep yourself in a cardboard box
I guess you only have one option. Don't die.
Drink my secret immortality potion, but beware, there is a perilous dungeon ahead!
I never was afraid of death or dying much. I tried to be as careful as possible and left it at that. If I did die, and had time to realize what was happening, well... I just reminded myself there really wasn't a whole lot I could do to stop it and would half to deal with it.
Provided of course there is an afterlife, I could always dwell more on the matter there. Maybe with others. Which, for the record, I don't believe there is one; so in that sense, when I do die, that's it. It's not like I'm going to have the capacity to think that kind of stuff over anymore anyway.
What is there to be afraid of? Not that I want to die, but for all we know death could be more than just not living. There could be Heaven or Hell or maybe you really do turn into a spirit. Who knows?
You're literally afraid of nothing. Stop being afraid of nothing.
Read a book to get yourself to sleep, or think about sex, that what I do when I can't sleep because of depressing thoughts
Hey OP, you got two options
Die eventually
Live forever
The second one is about a million times more horrible
Go to "Bestgore.com" and see that dying at night isn't that bad.
Freeze yourself then unfreeze when we have invented something to make you Immortal.

:smug:
Why are you afraid? When you're dead you'll be finaly able to see Billy mays again!
face your fears
by killing yourself
Are you possibly, scared to death?
:smug:
if you can't think of any think else at night, well, you can always
:fappery:
eat healthy
I used to have that problem, until I started to go to church. I started praying every night and it made me feel more sure about whats going to happen when I die and to make me not fear death. :downs:
I don't believe god will give you another live.
Become the Highlander. Or don't think about it.
Watch or read The Road by Cormac McArthy. It's a book/movie that makes you realize that everything and everyone you know and love will eventually fade away and die, and there's absolutely nothing you can do to stop it.
I was thinking about this as well. Then i started thinking about creation, like how is it that the earth was formed. Easy, a rock exploded or some shit. Then im like oh my, how was the universe formed. And then i thought, how is it that the thing that formed the universe was formed. Then it made me excited to embrace the afterlife and finally seek answers to everything around us.
Think of death as the final unknown - you live your life and your final treat is to know what happens there after.
but perhaps youll never know
Kill yourself.
Thanks to denial I'm immortal.

I don't think you read the first page
but nice
Take the following steps:
1.Believe in reincarnation
2.Believe in awesome afterlife
3. ??????
4. PROFIT!
But in all seriousness, I honestly thing believing in one of the first two definitely takes a load of pressure off if you're that afraid of dying. That way, no matter which you want, you get a nice result.
