Just accept the fact that there is a large chance you could die in any number of gruesome and mournless ways at any given time.
face your fears
by killing yourself
yea killing yourself is the right option mr kamikize
No, I ain't talking about the guy with a scythe, I'm talking about dying, at night, I have nothing to think about and it comes to my mind, and then I start shaking alot, I don't know why, it happens like every month or so.
Happens to me all the time. Get up, get some water, stare out the window, then try to think about something else anything it doesn't matter what it is. If this is not successful try this Christian: tell yourself it will be better in heaven. Atheist: question your faith and then become so involved in restating your arguments to yourself you will forget all about it. (I know both of these work, I used to be a Christian, then turned Atheist.)
i'm somewhat scared of death but I just don't think about it.
You dont think about death, death is the toll all men pay
One day your entire life will flash before your eyes. Just make sure its worth watching.
Become a cyborg.
On the serious side, like it's been said, don't be afraid of the inevitable.
Health problems? No. Young? Yes.
You're fine.
The constant thought of death is what keeps me going in life, without it I wouldn't be myself as I am right now (enjoying parties, trying new things, proving others).
Realise that every life ends. Just as yours!
Confront your fear
:frogc00l:
God damn this thread is depressing.
Health problems? No. Young? Yes.

That is what my dad told me. :3: Didnt help though.
I had that when I was 9, came back when I was 14, and now I don't have it anymore. It WILL/SHOULD go away!
I'm not afraid of death, I'm actually looking forward to it (not that I want to die).
Death interests me in that I would like to know what happens when we die, but I'm not going to strive to find out. I'll find out when I find out.
monthly? hmmm.....gender?
Can't remember a time when I was afraid of death. But to be honest now I'm only afraid of dying slowly and painfully. But I'll still try and make the best of it when it happens.
Become really depressed. Then you won't care when it happens.
One way to overcome death is to experience it. Next time you're out for a walk, try jumping into the path of an oncoming vehicle (try a large one for if you fail, it will hurt).
After you've done that, you should be over your fear of dying.
I'm not afraid of death, but I'm afraid that if I die nobody would care :smith:

Same here. But I am also afraid of death.
Here's a way to not be scared:
Don't die.
i wanna know whats after death . . . i don`t believe in stuff, but every religion says suicide is wrong, that gotta mean something, eh?
This might be a 3 month bump, but today, was in the toilet, with diarrhea, and the fear came to me, I ran out of the toilet, crying.
And I'm going bed really soon, lets hope that it doesn't happen in bed.
You shouldn't be afraid of death, but rather be afraid of dying in the worst way possible.
I had the same porblem, for me I had too much spare time on my hands, I was a shut in, and didn't do anything other than play games in my spare time. Try preocupieing yourself, go out often, see friends alot, enjoy school or college, rather than watching the clock.
Your life will get better, once I started college my life improved greately, I haven't been sad, or scared of death for a while now.
Simple answer: Cryogenic Freezing until we have the technology to stay alive forever :smug:
Damnit, not this thread again

Ugh:
Death is the price all men pay.
Do not fear death, everyone dies eventually.
One day, your life will flash before your eyes as you are dying, make sure its worth watching.
If anything, you should be afraid of the pain of death.

I could go on and on, but Im eating atm.
This happened to me, and the way I see it, you have a couple of options. (all of which I have gone through... results may vary)
1. whenever death pops into your mind, go watch porn (i'm serious)
2. accept that death is a natural part of life, and become emotionless
3. Mountain Dew (I dont know why, but this temporarily worked wonders for me)
Hope this helps
I'm not afraid of death, I actually kind of look forward to it, not that I want to die.
What if it's not just full of nothingness? What if there is a heaven? What if we all enter a state of dream when we die? What if?
Don't think of death as a bad thing, just accept the fact that it must come so think positive of it, do what you gotta do in life before it comes a knockin'.
I don't worry about death unless i'm playing search and destroy
