how's the northwest fare that quake btw need to know if i should get my quake kit together or not
Northwest Cali? [editline]9th May 2016[/editline]
question two then, how do the timelines work? grandfather paradox, multiple timelines, etc what's the basics, not asking you to send scientific papers on it
The multiverse theory is almost completely accepted among scientists, and explains away most paradoxes, and the best way I can describe how my machine works is through time dilation, or accelerating so fast my own time is slower or faster. Time is like a rope, made of several threads that intersect at certain points and don't at others, some things have to happen.
Northwest Cali? [editline]9th May 2016[/editline] The multiverse theory is almost completely accepted among scientists, and explains away most paradoxesm
so posting a picture of your time machine here would be completely inconsequential in the period that you call your home and would go back to gj contradicting yourself
so posting a picture of your time machine here would be completely inconsequential in the period that you call your home and would go back to gj contradicting yourself
Still not gonna do it, sorry but nothing to do with my mission and I am not supposed to change other timelines drastically as it's still a new science and we don't know everything yet.
Northwest Cali?
northwest US, like washington or cascadia
northwest US, like washington or cascadia
Mainly Cali and Oregon, some of nevada. Always good to be prepared no matter what.
Does the time machine you used come with you when you time travel? If not, how are you planning on getting back to your time? If you plan to at all.
Which music genre is considered mainstream in the future? Are there still live concerts?
time travelling through the multiverse will become the extreme sport and travel solution of 2107 calling it now
-snip-
time traveling probably went the phil of the future route where every joe can rent a time machine for a weekend trip through history
Which music genre is considered mainstream in the future? Are there still live concerts?
Sort of. [editline]9th May 2016[/editline] And sorry for the tox guy, pleeease don't ban him I feel bad.
You are a smart person.:goodjob:gave me a real hard time defending myself
Could have just said something along the lines of "I was told not to artificially advance the technology of any timeline regardless, can't risk showing you" or something to that effect.
Could have just said something along the lines of "I was told not to artificially advance the technology of any timeline regardless, can't risk showing you" or something to that effect.
True, but the toxx guy made me think I was going too far.
True, but the toxx guy made me think I was going too far.
i only made it because we all knew it was a load of shit lol was pretty fun tho
And sorry for the tox guy, pleeease don't ban him I feel bad.
ban me for what? steven spielberg is still alive now i just have to hope that i'm not super unlucky and he doesn't actually die in a car accident within the next 3 years lol
John Titor was amazing though, dude really got his act down tight with the photos and explanations and stuff. I'm a huge fan of him embracing the multiple worlds theory to explain the grandfather paradox. It's still impossible, but helps immersion, very few writers think of using it in their stories. Shame there won't be another one since not even gullible people would take him seriously enough now to make a huge deal of him like the last time.
What? Oh haha, Donald Trump is running for president? Don't worry, he looses to Hillary Clinton from.what I have found in my net. The future is mostly bright.
Will a limited exchange of nuclear weapons between two superpowers lead by incompetent leaders happen within the foreseeable future? :v: You said it was "mostly bright"
as far as these go this wasn't off the walls crazy, was fairly feasible in possible future. time travel being invented in 34 years doesn't seem very reasonable to me
Okay OP, I just finished writing a paper so I'm ready for anything. 1. Why visit Facepunch out of all sites? We're okay sized, but not massive. 2. Am I still posting here in the future? 3. Can you bring me to the future with you? I'm curious how it is changed. Don't want to stay, just visit.
