Anyone know of a site that lists all the available ISPs in your area? I'm tired of the piece of shit we have, and I know there's gotta be an alternative. If there's not, I really wanna fucking move.

Yes but do take note that connections that range from 2-40 megabits are still in the 2-3 star range. Maybe it's got some strange rating system.

You get really crappy Upload for MTS.. I get 7.7mb down and 1.6mb up, but i have MTS TV (IPTV) with 35mb of varible bandwidth.

But that speed is impossible at this current rate of technology. A file transfer from an hdd back to the same hdd is no higher than 30 MB. Try copying a file. Start a server on your pc(http) and download a 100 MB file. Record the speed.
