lrn 2 uberman, i sleep 2 hours a day
I usually get to sleep around 11 now thanks to my sleep schedule. I'm lucky if I make it to 12:30. Edit: If it's a workday, though, I'll usually be in bed by 9 to get up at 4:40.
11 pm Who in their right mind would go to bed at 9:00PM? Besides the person above me, he has a legitimate excuse.
I go to bed around 11-12 on school nights, sometimes longer if I recently bought a new game on Steam or something like that. On the weekends, typically 2-5.
It's off and on. I'll fall asleep at 12:00, have a nightmare, wake up at 2:00, fall asleep again, wake up at 3:00, and so on, until school starts.
When ever I'm tired.
right now nighty night
I can change my sleep habits to adjust to my schedule, I learned that nifty trick when I first started gaming. I've been able to go to sleep at 4 AM, and be fully rested at 10 AM. But then again, one time, I wasn't going to be doing anything all day so I just wanted to sleep (after pulling a 48-all-nighter), I slept from 6 PM to 11 AM the next day. My alarm clock literally does me no good, when I say I am able to adjust my schedule, I mean what my body and mind wants to do, I'm not gonna wake myself up from course.
I never sleep, I have no life.
if you don't sleep and you don't have a life, what do you do with yourself?
Go to sleep at 3am and wake up at 8am every morning including the weekends.
Go to sleep at 12pm weekly and wake up for school at 5:35am (school starts 8:10am, but I take an hour long train to get there, which leaves at 6:18am) Go to sleep at whenever I feel like it in the weekends. If I'm tired it's usually around 2am, else I can stay up to 6-7am depending on whether my american friends aren't too tired to play something.
School days: 23:30-00:30 Weekends: 23:30-03:00
