I believe surprise always accompany you around!
one word: parkour.
I take a walk outside for about 20 minutes each days, that's it. Well, I walk at accelerated pace to fatigue my legs a bit, for around 10 minutes, then I do some jogging for the next 10 minutes or so to help with the cardio stuff, but other than that the only things I do are the very occasional squats (weight excluded, just working on the legs mostly) and some very basic exercises at home when it's raining outside and I don't feel like taking a walk.
It helps, I guess, but overall I've just never been chunky in my life, ever, I even tried on purpose once, eating stupid fast-food shit for around a month each days, hamburgers, pizza, hot-dogs, drinking no water and only sodas, and I think I gained around... can't remember exactly, maybe like 3 pounds? It was negligible, but that was many years ago when I was around 18 or so... so the age may have helped, but even then, even today 9 years later I'm still slim and relatively healthy, I can jog for a good 20 minutes without stopping if I want to, perhaps longer but I never tried.
Doesn't take any magic pills really... just have a schedule, give yourself a goal, force yourself to do it (I myself sometimes fail at it, can't be perfect, but the principle is there). Just taking a walk regularly is the most basic stuff ever.
i exercise
eating right is a huge part of staying in a healthy weight, im starting now to change my habits, but its hard, cause stuff thats bad for you is so fucking delicious but this is helping me a lot, also just staying active and moving now and then works

I don't work out or try to eat healthy at all, but I seem to stay in fine shape.
eat chips and chocolate.
IT WORKS! :smug:
I eat healthy, walk to school everyday, do 50 sit ups a night, every couple of weeks me and my friends go to the city to see a movie or something, then walk around for like 2 hours.
Play Squash every week
Play 5-a-side football and Ultimate Frisbee with friends every week, if not twice.
Army Cadets- Drill and holding up a heavy rifle can be quite tiring, and when we fuck up its x amount of push-ups.
Occasionally run on the weekends, I'm supposed to be training for the Midlands fun run but I'm too busy with the above and GCSE revision.
I ride my bike and row a bunch of kilometers a few times a week.
What is this "fit" you speak of?
I don't :smug:
Try that is. I'm not in bad shape, just not terrific shape

Whenever I get home from school, I pop on the newest episode of Malcolm in the middle, and weight lift in about 13 different ways the entire time.
There hasn't been a new Malcolm in the Middle in four years

Martial fucking arts.
If you're European/Asian/Australasian/South-American/ African go play Football, Badminton, Tennis, Golf, Cricket or Rugby.
If you're North American go play The American Football, Baseball, Golf, Tennis.
Wii-Fit? NO.
Also. try Mixed Martial Arts. They don't only make you fit, but you'll build muscles too.
150 push-ups every day.
Also i am in a Baseball club and run 5 km with my mommy every week

What, you don't think we have American Football, baseball, golf and tennis in Europe?
I bike around town doing errands or going to friends' houses. (~ 4-5 miles.)
I have soccer practice 4 times a week, and matches on sathurdays.
I go to the gym every other day, but that's mostly to build muscle, not to stay fit.
I train parkour whenever i have some spare time.
I have a lamborghini metabolisme, so i can basicly eat whatever the hell i want and never gain a pound.
I'm currently in the best shape i've ever been. I weigh 154 pounds. and currently gaining from the muscle. I think everybody should try either parkour or going to the gym to see if it's "their thing", cause you can REALLY benefit of of it, And it also boosts self confidence. If not, Jack off like crazy untill you loose weight. LIKE CRAZY.
I am ~6 ft, ~155 lbs
Every night before I go to bed I do about 20-40 pushups
I am black so I don't need to do leg workouts.
I do full situps, never crunches, a couple times a week.

Nope, just Gayball
A hundred or so push-ups and crunches every day, a long with some weight training.
Started going to the gym a lot, but I don't have time at the moment due to the exam period.
I put a stone on in the last couple of months. I'm now 180 pounds and hardly any body fat. But I guess I'm just trying to reach an optimum muscle mass for my build for some tattoos I got planned.
Staying "fit" is easy. Although i'd rather call it keeping a healthy body mass.
Just don't eat what you don't need. And never eat till you get the feeling you're about to explode. Eat till you have the feeling you could have some more, but still feel satisfied.

I live in the U.K. Army Cadets is definitely not Boy Scouts. And those push-up, try and do them all PROPERLY, hands underneath your shoulders, go up 'till your arms are straight, while keeping your back straight, then go down until your nose grazes the floor, and don't dip your head. We have to do it that way, and they always find a way to make us do at least 20 a night.
I have an expensive gym membership.
- My mum paid for it.
