I do full situps, never crunches, a couple times a week.
Why? Crunches are better and full situps are bad for the spine.
Weight lifting, body-weight exercises, plyometrics and various types of cardio (although not so much on those lately).
I can now do one push-up with 2 45lb plates on my back.
I don't.
[Fatfatfatty] I don't.
Really?
I don't exercise. Laugh it up, I don't. I walk most anywhere I go and I go up and down stairs most the day at school so I guess those tow count.
I'm fine physically. I'm just not strong enough to take somebody on (nor can I do a push-up or sit-up).
Then you're not fine...
stop eating
I sometimes jog and play rugby to stay fit
I'm a chubby bastard and i'm happy. fuck you exercise

I don't work out or try to eat healthy at all, but I seem to stay in fine shape.
This
I'm not the fittest, but I do walk everywhere.
College I walk about 2 miles to get there, and most is uphill.
I cycle to work, usually train and cycle which is only about 2 miles, but sometimes i'll cycle all the way, about 8 miles.
playing baseball. thats how i got my damn scrap on my leg (stupid PE teacher, didn't allow us to use the guards and now it fucking hurts)
Weight lifting in school, and working out at the gym :p. I need to start doing cardio as I put alot of muscle mass on but if I cut I would look great.
Parkour. Best way ever. And probably the most fun. It's quite difficult/scary as hell at times. Damn heights. And Falls.
Damn gravity.
Weekdays after school I do my normal route on my bike which is about 50 km, sometimes ride with mates on the weekend which ranges from 60-100 km.
If I'm feeling like a masochist I throw in some hill work (:
Walking to 95% of places I need to go... probably 11k each day.
And played soccer last year.
I've been losing weight. been drinking lots of coffee and eating less.
Staying "fit" is easy. Although i'd rather call it keeping a healthy body mass.
Just don't eat what you don't need. And never eat till you get the feeling you're about to explode. Eat till you have the feeling you could have some more, but still feel satisfied.
Um that sounds like a mega diet. Don't eat till you feel your going to explode? Have some fruit for fuck sake. I love my grapes.
Eat until you burst
I weight upwards of 200, age 17, male, is this normal?
Depends on BMI. Football players are a good example why weight alone doesn't determine fitness.

I think he means don't stuff your mouth full of food because it's there. Eat because you're HUNGRY, and because your stomach is actually grumbling, not because you need to occupy your mouth. Also, at a restaurant, eat until you are satiated, not stuffed. Don't feel the need to eat everything that is on your plate, just bring it home for leftovers
I'm fucking skinny, about 130lb 6'.
I play tennis and exercise almost every day.
The great thing about a high metabolism is you can eat whatever the fuck you want and not gain a pound.
I flex my buttocks 450 times a day.
Walk everywhere and do pull ups and crunches.
I do lots of swimming.
LOTS. of. SWIMMING.
And some climbing.
I don't
