Parkour, nothing is quite exhilarating, the wind in your face, the feeling of your feet hitting the wall and the ever awesome kick ass hight from some wallruns, and clean vaults.
As soon as summer vacation starts I'll have time to excercise like a lunatic.
I don't.
I walk to school and back everyday, except weekends, 4 miles total, and walk everywhere else since my parents don't drive me. Stores, groceries, haircuts and all that.
What I usually do is that I go running in the woods. Because running on the pavement would be boring.

i try to use my gym every second night before i take a shower and i try to eat healthy. other than that i'm not really that fit when it comes to running, i lose breath ridiculously fast.

50 situps is nothing, neither does it burn fat or keep you fit.

Anyways.
I work out 3 times a week - and i usually jog during those days i don't work out. I've been bad at working out in the last 2 weeks though. Gonna motivate myself some more.
Also i eat as healthy as i manage and im active.
Gym 4 times a week (for hockey) and (right now) summer league hockey.
