Never got dumped, been dating the same girl for a long time.
Good luck to you. :shobon:
Girlfriend #2. This girl is typical. Dick Hopper. I know 6 to 7 guys she's been out with. including myself. She's good looking enough for it. But she's fucked mentally. Goin out for a while. Then one day she got herself suspended from school for threatening to slit some chicks throat.
I keep in contact via text messages. Never really saw her since the suspension. but I could tell she was getting distant. I tried to rekindle that.
I bought her a heart necklace. Was pretty expensive. Last day of school she's back. I've been carrying the necklace with me all day, inside my yearbook on the page I wanted her to sign on. The unsigned first page. It starts raining. Not just raining, pouring. I'm miserable. No girlfriend at school, rainy, last day at this (at the time) amazing school, just kinda..Blah.
After school. The song Time by Pink Floyd plays on my ipod. It is haunting in it's melody. I look for my girlfriend. I see her off in the distance. I run up to her. She acts like I don't even exist. I hug her. She doesn't hug back. I say hi. She ignores me. I hold my yearbook out for her to sign it. She says "No.." and she turns away, emotionally distraught over (x) reasons.
I think to myself, fine...I know it's over. I open my yearbook, and let the necklace fall into my hand. I put it in hers, kiss her on the cheek and walk away. In the rain. Tears slowly roll down my face to mix in the rain.
A call comes through on my cellphone. I answer it. It's my best friend.
"Dude. the bus driver fucking left. We all told him to wait but he didn't listen."
I say "I'M ON MY WAY." and hang up the phone. I book it out of my school parking lot and down the street. In the rain. Tears are streaming down my face as I run. I see the bus. I keep running.
Let's jump to the bus for a second. My best friend starts yelling for the busdriver to stop the bus and so does everyone else. Everyone just starts yelling at him to stop the bus but he still drives.
Back to me. Pink Floyd fills my ears in the most amazing moment of my life. The song lyrics start "And you run and you run to catch up with the sun, but it's sinking
Racing around to come up behind you again
The sun is the same in a relative way, but you're older
Shorter of breath and one day closer to death"
I start fucking bawling. Chasing a bus. Just dumped girlfriend. Pouring rain. Pink Floyd. Holy shit. The busdriver rounds a corner and finally stops the bus. I am out of breath. The doors open up. I step on the bus to cheers. The busdriver says "You're lucky you have so many friends on this bus." and he keeps on driving. Everyone's patting me on the back as I walk by. I reach the back of the bus, drop my stuff and start sobbing. The bus falls silent. My best friend comes to comfort me. He notices the silence and says "What, never seen a man cry before? mind your own goddamn business!" as the bus drives us home.
And that's my story.
I've never been dumped. But I have dumped someone over facebook

Wow you are lucky to have such a good friend mate.
Getting told by your boyfriend that he cheated on you at a party with four other girls, two of which who were your best friends (one of those best friends was also a cousin) who he lied to and told that we were no longer together, via text message at 5 am.
Yeah, it was pretty lame.
But he ended up going to jail two years later for possession of drugs, so nothing of value was lost, I suppose.
i just shat myself in sheer amazement in how much self pity there is in this thread
man up

Did you ever hear anything from her after that day?
(By the way, that bus driver is an asshole)

oh wait :smith:
Going out for a few months, we are around at each others houses almost every day, I should be studying I have exams soon. One day she asks me to take the day off work, so I lie and call my boss telling her I was sick. We hang out that day like usual.
Next day, first day of exams, she calls me as I am walking to the school, "I think we should break up" There was no proper reason I could get from her.
needless to say I failed all my exams and got caught "not being sick" by work and got fired.
ow.. that had to hurt..
Did you eat the ice cream?
never tasted the same..
Yes
I got dumped via myspace comment once. Didn't find out until six weeks later. Apparently we were still friends with benefits for those six weeks.
We're both from Norway, and she cheated on me with a guy from the Netherlands.
1. Invited me to the movies a 3 hour trip away from where I live after I haven't seen her for 2 weeks.
2. She starts flirting with 2 guys she invites there with me.
3. She doesn't talk to me the whole time I was there.
4. I walk out saying I need to go to the toilet and went home.
5. She dumps me on msn later that night.

Just to lighten the mood.

I couldn't cheat on someone if I tried.
2 girls Iv dated, both stopped seeing me after they started reading twilight, one of them told me I "wasn't attractive at all" :smith:
I never had a GF. Aww I'm sad :(

Haha is she real or animated?

Yeah she goes to my new school.
And she now claims she has cancer, and wears a surgical mask around campus.
And she's now jewish.
I Met a girl early on in high school, we flirted a LOT through out all of highschool. Grade 12 came I asked her to prom, She said Yes. We dated for the next three months or so.
I had my First legit makeout session with her we actually got pretty far.
She told me how much she loved me almost everyday for the solid 3 months.
Skip to a few day's before prom. She told me she had purchased a pink and black prom dress and so I decided to match the colours with a black suit Pink tie. Its Prom day and I stop by her house to pick her up, I purchased a $130 bouqet and I call her. She doesn't answer. I knock on the door, no one is home. I thought to myself maybe she is already there?
I got to the Hall and the first thing I see is her in a blue dress making out with one of my best buddies. I didn't even approach her I went home bawling my eyes out I decided the best thing to do was to try and make it easier on myself,so I bought beer and weed. That was the worst day of my life so far.
A girlfriend? Ahahahahahaha... good one.
I really have only went out with two girls, the first one I just didn't like anymore after 9 months so I got rid of her before she got rid of me. She told me she hated me but she didn't want to dump me. So I did the favor. The other girl, I'm still going out with and I would be lost without her!
Never really dated anyone.
But if this counts I almost did. She liked me first, but didn't do a good job of showing it. Eventually I realized and after a while I started liking her and we talked and flirted for a bit. After a while though she seriously started driving me nuts. I try taking it slow but can't wait any longer so one day I plan to ask her out the next morning when she walked into school. Later, on the night before I plan to ask her out I get an IM from a friend of mine telling me that he had talked to her about us a few days before and she had said she doesn't really like me anymore and that she is kinda seeing some one else.
At this point I am completely devastated. This is the worst day of my life(actually it ends up being the start of the worst week of my life). Not only was I dealing with the emotional beating of this, but earlier I was told by my parents that my sisters who I had known for the past 16 years of my life were actually my cousins. I mean just think, The day before I was going to ask her out.
Later that week I can't handle it anymore and I decide I need to hear it from her. I talk to her about the conversation she and my friend had and said that we should talk about it in person. Well, one thing turned into another and she convinced me to just ask her over Facebook.
I learn that she is "seeing some one, but it is unofficial." So I just ask her anyway. Her first words were "Justin, I'm really sorry..." She said that she didn't have the time for a relationship and that she would like to get to know me a little better before she said yes to my question.
Before I asked she had said she was already seeing someone.
It has been over a month since now. I still like her very much.
Fortunately however, we still talk regularly , so at least I have a way of keeping my self away from depression, and at least I still get to see her. It still bothers me though cause I feel like it is my fault but I don't know how. It also bothers me when ever I see her relationship status on Facebook is still set to "Single."
It just sucks cause she is the only person I actually managed to feel that way about. I have no problem getting a relationship. I just want one that is meaningful to me.
This brings tear to my eyes.
Well once I got dumped when-
Oh. Wait.
