The big thing about Shadowplay is being able to record stuff after it has already happened though. That's a main thing why I won't change to AMD until they get a similar thing.
It has that too.
It's extremely scummy to have an unrelated piece of software install automatically. I shouldn't have to expect to 'custom install' and untick checkboxes in order to install graphics drivers. The fact that they want to make me an unwilling participant in that is enough to make them lose my business for a while, if not ever. You just don't treat a customer like that, especially considering AMD were struggling not long ago.
Just quickly getting back at this. Just because they install something doesn't mean you weren't given a choice. You choose for the "Express" install method, meaning, don't configure, install everything. If you clicked "Custom", you could have changed the directory Catalyst Control Center should have installed to and choose not to install Raptr. There's a lot of shit in ToSes everywhere on the internet. If something happens that is documented in the ToS, but you don't agree with it, are you also going to complain "Hey uh but it is nasty it is in there!". Your choice for not reading, and in both cases, it would just have cost you a little time. edit: No, I don't read ToSes either, who ever does. But I'm not complaining about getting fucked over (or w.e.)
It has that too.
Really? Cool, will have to check it out and I might get a AMD Card if the GTX 800 series dissapoints.
