I really don't see how any of these games are underrated. They all got very good reception. Chrono Trigger sold over 2 million copies and have won countless awards. HL2 has sold almost 7 million copies and was awarded Overall Game of the Year at IGN among tons of other awards. Stalker scored an average of 83 % and Okami 93 %. Mirror's Edge also did very well.
They are not underrated just because few people have played them in comparison to other more succesful games.
No One Lives Forever 1 & 2.
Both were funny and well made.

Megaman Legends 1 and 2, the narrative is really good, the story is very original, it's fully voice acted, it has very lovable characters., and it's actually quite fun, specially Megaman Legends 2.
That and F Zero X. I don't get why people didn't like the graphics, I really throughly enjoyed the game, specially the soundtrack.

The combat system was really fun, and the whole game was really imaginative. Pity about the ending, there was originally going to be a sequel which would explain the horrible abruptness of it, but it never got made. Look some videos up on youtube if you want :v:
