not even romantic, i've never really had a friend I could connect with at all, hell I barely interact with anybody.

sigh... i really want a gf. Just a good ol fashion connection to a girl that feels the same about me. I cant wait until i get a job and go back to school this semester, hopefully i will meet someone, i dont care how long it lasts or how serious or silly it is, just something, just someone.

i feel like, in order to support a gf, im gonna need a job. I dont want to be a cheap asshole, then again i will only spend on a girl if i feel she deserves it. Im not gonna shell out and buy a nice present if shes a total bitch, ya know.
Which brings up another issue, i am kinda afraid of the fact that i may be a guy that will over indulge on his gf. Like get her too many things and ends up getting used by her financially you know. Ive been thinking about it and it really worries me. Although i do believe my new views on love will prevent me from it, but you know how powerful those feelings can be, sometimes it seems they can override any thing you do. ugh

Yeah, having a job is needed when a relationship in my opinion. I've always been the one who pays for meals, tickets, or whatever when in a relationship. Even when not in a relationship I tend to spent a crap load of money on people and not realize it. Call it a bad habit I guess, lol.

I've only had one person to tell me to stop but then a few days later they changed their mind.
me and my friends always pay for ourselves, but if someone needs money, we spot them. But we never forget so we make sure no one owes anyone money.
A lot of my friends owe me money, luckily they're good about paying me back.
whenever i make a new friend i am always watchful of how they spend their money and stuff like that. That way i know if i can trust them to pay me back, if i dont, then i dont give them anything and make up an excuse. I hate it when i dont have enough money to pay at restaurants (i mean with cash, bc i dont want to put the entire bill on my card). I need to get into the habit of going to the ATM more often
I always have a good amount of cash on hand, always check before I leave the house.

My friends constantly leave shit at my house, like my one friend sometimes leaves his wallet at my house when we venture out to eat so one of us ends up paying for him, but he just reimburses us when we get back to my place.
